Hi, this is the only way I could contact you, I have been trying to sort additional parking for over an hour but the app wont let me. I have put a security lock on my steering wheel and have lost the key. I will pay for any additional hours I owe you, I have also already requested an extension through the app. I will get this sorted as soon as possible in the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience. The owner of the car currently on your driveway.
