The reservation was easy and we were able to park all day until 11:00 p.m in waitrose Wells where we spent the day and evening for a wedding. It was a short walk to the cathedral but we knew we could park all that time for 8£ which was a great deal. We drove in to the top floor easily (long stay), found a place mid morning on a Saturday, and then later walked in to the car park to pick up the car late evening, no barriers, nothing... Very easy

The car park was very easy to find, the instructions we received were clear and helped allay any concerns we had about parking in a shop car park. Most importantly for our needs, the Cathederal was very easy to get to from the car park, and the route was mobility scooter friendly too.

I've never used Just Park before but was going to a concert in Wells Cathedral and didn't know where to park as I was having dinner first. Just Park at Waitrose was so convenient. You book a slot online and can park in any bay and pay for the number of hours you'll be there (pay in advance I parked from 4.00pm until 10.00 pm which gave me plenty of time to have a meal; get to the venue and back to my car afterwards. If felt very safe and, where I parked, was well lit. I would definitely use Just Park again

I was really impressed at how easy this was to do. Confirmation emails after booking were reassuring and explained how the system worked.

It was fine but I assumed I could only park through you so to save me the hassle I did it the day before
On arrival there were loads of spaces for 6.50 for all day will not use again
