High Street Wells (Pre-book)

I believed prebooking guaranteed a space, but that was not the case. I had to wait for one to become available, which in turn made me late for my appointment. This needs to be clearer on when making a prebooking

It was unclear whether we had to procure/display a ticket. We rang up the helpline and were told it was not necessary. It would have been good to have been told this in advance.

It was easy...in the end.The only thing I'd say is that it wasn't that easy to find the actual carpark.. at first sight, it could have been one of two...even putting full details given into SatNav. As I know Wells a little bit...I had the idea of walking quite a long detour along a couple of roads, round to the front of the shops it was behind, ( you couldn't go straight through from the carpark), to see if I could spot the numbers of the shops in the high st, as the car park was described on your directions as " to the rear of #... to #.... High St." I did eventually manage to find the High St and work it it out by a process of elimination, from the numbers on the shop fronts on the High St. as not all the numbers were actually displayed on the shop fronts. May I suggest you put up a couple of notices of notices with the "Just Park" logo...and, for example, in this case"Rear of 9-13 High St." That was what I was looking for at first...then it will be easier to spot immediately, with the brighf green Logo. That would be very helpful. It is a brilliantly simple idea, in theory, though!

Wells is a maze of small streets > The hotel provided a map but this did not show Just Park site. When I found it it did not have any sign to indicate that it was the Justpark site. Only looking on Google maps was it obvious that was the one I needed. Please put up your name.

a bit hard to find

Easy online sign up. Good directions to the parking area.

Service from JustPark, was fine. The problem was the car-park itself. It’s a public pay and display and when we arrived, it was full, so we had to find and pay for a different car-park!

We couldn't find the car park despite your helpful reminders etc. Never mind!

This was so easy and convenient and such good value

No space in the car park. Refund request on its way. Will never bother with Just Park again. Had to find and pay for a council place.
