The machine was broken. I arrived after 1900 which I have since discovered is out of hours but there was no gate or sign that I saw to indicate that the car park was closed. When I tried to use the app to pay for parking I kept on getting a message saying that there was 'no space available for that date'. I only managed to solve the problem when I entered an earlier time between 1300 and 1400.

Your machine is broken, the App doesn't work on an iPhone, can't remove the number pad after number entry. All in all a depressing experience and not one I wish to repeat.

pay machine was broken so needed to use the app, but there wasn't any signal for the app to work so had to wait until I got home to pay. not a good experience

It has taken 20 minutes to download the app and set up account with personal information. I object to opening an account with no guest option. This is for 35 min visit. I am over 80 and have needed help to do this. If the machine is not working I should not be expected to do this.
