Watford Church Car Park Pre Book

I was charged £5 on top of the just park rate as the barrier didn't recognise my car. The barrier didn't recognise my car pre booking so I had to take a ticket and pay again. I would recommend this car park but no point paying just park as well for nothing

barrier didn't open on exit, and found entrance to place hard to find. Lift didn't work. Good location for mall though so would maybe use again.

Scam ! Still had to pay for parking at Church Car Park in Watford despite already having paid in advance through JustPark.

directions did not take us the entrance.barrier didn't open when I pressed the button kept saying was near enough when I was right next tot he barrier. luckily an attendant let me in

The Google maps directions sent me to the back of the car park building via George street/church street in watford. I advise you notify Google.

I was sat at the barrier pressing open barrier button but it didn't work It kept saying to far away so I went right upto it still didn't work so had to get another ticket costing me more and losing my payment for the pleasure...

Did not use this space couldn't find it the instructions were not clear

your raise barrier button on app wouldnt work.Had a queue of irate people so had to take a ticket to raise the barrier.Now i have all the hassle of getting a refund from you knowing that on a previous occasion you promised a refund that never came.
