So paid you...all details were incorrect at car park...stated open barrier using app...no barrier. Signs everywhere stated pay on exit ..so I assume because you didnt tell me I didnt have to pay..that I had to put reg in on exit it then charged me another £4 not happy today. Why, if I didnt need to input details, didnt you tell me this. Only info was use app to open barrier.

Had prebooked a space in the car park yet upon arrival was struggling to find a space due to how busy the car park was. There was nothing to restrict access in to the car park upon arrival so JustPark may be selling spaces they are unable to provide.

There was no area for cars that had pre-booked so when got there the park was very full and I was in a queue of cars . After nearly 30 minutes I got to the very top floor and got one of the last places. If I had known I would have arrived earlier or just turned up and parked like the others. At the time to come out took nearly an hour to come down all the levels to get out. Was not impressed.

DONT BOOK ONLINE... I booked for the game today but it isn't how it's described on here. I ended up having to pay again (only £4, so £7.30 in total) or risk a £100 fine. Just turn up and pay as if you’re a shopper or there are cheaper options close to the ground.
