ANPR doesn't work at all, had to ring someone to be let both in and out of the car park, also car park is so narrow even for a hatchback.

The barrier did not open. And I had to pay two pounds and request a refund.

The main issue was the car park itself. On entering, we didn't know what to do. We waited, then pressed the button for assistance and then gave the registration number. On leaving the car park, there are two exit barriers. The barrier did not open automatically, so I pressed the button for assistance, which did not work. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk to the other barrier and press the button for assistance. Not particularly good when a queue of cars behind, pipping and getting frustrated.

Barrier refused to let me out and could contact just park so had to pay the fee locally - so paid TWICE!
