CitiPark - Sutton, Watford Car Park

I didnt realise the procedure for the car park I used was to drive up and not take a ticket - this resulted in me not being able to exit the car park which was stressful. Helpline agent was excellent, gave clear instructions and was eligible for refund. The refund took a lot of follow up from me but when I spoke to an agent they were efficient and helpful.

I had pre paid but I could not exit the car park and had to pay again to get off as no help available

Parking was fine but ended up paying twice as the instructions weren't very clear. You have to collect a ticket to enter the car park and put it in the machine to leave. It didn't state other wise anywhere, so not thrilled about that.

ANPR doesn't work at all, had to ring someone to be let both in and out of the car park, also car park is so narrow even for a hatchback. Only good thing is the price

The barrier did not open. And I had to pay two pounds and request a refund.

The main issue was the car park itself. On entering, we didn't know what to do. We waited, then pressed the button for assistance and then gave the registration number. On leaving the car park, there are two exit barriers. The barrier did not open automatically, so I pressed the button for assistance, which did not work. I had to get out of my vehicle and walk to the other barrier and press the button for assistance. Not particularly good when a queue of cars behind, pipping and getting frustrated.
