When we left, we put our ticket into the ticket machine and it tried to charge us again even though we’d pre paid via Justpark.
We contacted help via the machine and the person told us to drive up to the gate and he’d let us out. But when we got to the gate Jo one answered when I pressed the help button, until a queue of four cars built up behind me.
