Sainsbury's Watford Car Park

The car parking spaces are extremely small and there are not many spaces outside the store. Drove round for 15 minutes trying to park

In the run up to the booking I received email confirmation that I was booked in from 9:30 - 18:00 on Sunday 19th. On arrival at the car park the local signage indicated that the car park is locked at 16:30 on Sundays. Having parked the car and started the rest of my journey I received a text at 11:30 on Sunday 19th confirming that my parking booking is due to commence "tomorrow" - no date in the message. Not very impressive both from the standpoint of allowing me to book for times which aren't available and the generally confusing communications.

Easy to find, reasonable price, though a little further from the station than I would have liked. Very busy car park, so had to drive round until people had finished shopping to find a space.

This is a scam

Parked here to watch a Watford home match. About a 10 minute pleasant walk to the stadium. There are spaces in the underground car park if nothing available on the ground floor and I used one of these. I would park here again for a Watford football match as the alternatives the club offer are double the price.
