The bottom car park is 7am - 9pm (Store Opening times) as it is physically locked down. Technically, people can use the top car park outside of these times as it is not locked in anyway.
This space is not suited to vans or minibuses.
The spaces are available 7AM-9PM on all days.
You will only be able to enter and exit once during your booking.

Booked via Just Park app, 2 months later get a parking fine final penalty notice with threat of bailiffs. Have appealed but surely just park must communicate with the parking company to ensure customers who book and pay in advanced don't get fine's in the post.

I got a £100 parking fine from the car park owner even though I had paid to use it through JustPark. I've had to appeal against the parking fine (JustPark don't help with this) so still don't know if it will be cancelled.

I booked a parking spot in Sainsbury's carpark in Watford, and the advert said the spaces were available 7-9 everyday. JustPark emailed to say ignore maximum stay signage. I returned to my car by 8:30pm to find my car locked underground in the car park, with the supermarket closed. With two young children, I was left stranded 2 hours from home on my own. I had to book emergency hotel accommodation then travel back the next day. I complained to JustPark and it took two and half months and constant emails reminding them for them to resolve my complaint and pay me back the cost of my parking, and the cost of my hotel stay. No apology for the stress of the situation, even now!
