Parking on George Street Place, BA12

We had a brief conversation with the lady owner of the parking place. She was pretty unhappy with Just Park, and has been trying to leave, but claims to have been ignored. Action suggested: I don't know her name, but JP need to talk to her for wider reputational reasons.

I used JP for the first time yesterday. It started off saying £5 but later shot up to £8 for 4hrs in Warminster and when we got there it directed me into someone’s personal space. The man came out to see what we were doing and just then his wife arrived home to park! They had no clue about any JP arrangement but I was able to show them the picture I’d been sent and it was clearly their parking bay. They we’re as bewildered as me but graciously insisted we use their space and she would park in another empty bay as their neighbours had moved out. I’d like a refund please. I’ll write a more favourable review later if this is resolved by JP.
