I attempted to pay for parking via your app twice. On both occasions I couldn't get a signal, a message popped up to inform me of this both times. Therefore, I paid cash at the machine. Moments later I received one email stating my booking details, so I paid twice. Your policy states no refunds for non reserved spaces, it really should provide a refund in these instances.

I did not think I had paid for this transaction and was NOT happy to pay 12p extra for the privilege so paid for the same parking place directly with my card. Therefore I would like this payment to be cancelled as I am certainly not happy to pay twice. If I am going to be charged extra each time I use this app I will stop using it
