Service Road Car Park, Walthamstow

I'd like to make a complaint and request a refund. It took us 45 mins to find the carpark. Then when we did come across it, it wasn't a carpark. It was a side street. a very small one. No space available, so had to go elsewhere. Not happy.

To crowded and not easy to park .

Directions to the space were out of date - new barriers across the road made getting to the space more difficult

Convenient parking for Walthamstow and all its amenities.

Great but no clear instructions on locations and how to locate parking slots

Could not find access to the section of road where the parking spaces; after ten minutes of driving around to locate it, gave up. Please provide clear instructions on posting for people.

Space was occupied when I tried to park.

Space was full. Just park were worse than useless. How would you ever be able to guarantee that street parking off a high st next to a job centre would be kept free. Imbecilic.

DO NOT USE. Paid for 8 hours reserved parking. It was very difficult to find and when I got there there was no space. The camera angle on their site made it look as if it was a big area but it only had about 10 spaces. No staff so no way they could reserve a space for anyone. Made contact to ask for a refund but no response yet other than an automatic mailing asking if I want to use their service again. I’m surprised that they can legally offer and charge for something the clearly cannot deliver. Will never use this company again and will be warning everyone I know about this scam.
