Service Road Car Park, Walthamstow

DO NOT USE. Paid for 8 hours reserved parking. It was very difficult to find and when I got there there was no space. The camera angle on their site made it look as if it was a big area but it only had about 10 spaces. No staff so no way they could reserve a space for anyone. Made contact to ask for a refund but no response yet other than an automatic mailing asking if I want to use their service again. I’m surprised that they can legally offer and charge for something the clearly cannot deliver. Will never use this company again and will be warning everyone I know about this scam.

I pre booked and paid. But on arrival the car park was full. It was difficult to find. The name of the road was missing. I saw no reference to JustPark there. I saw no evidence of any supervisor. I ended up having to park on the street in a residential bay. My car was ticketed and towed away. JustPark's sloppy service cost me £265 pounds. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I paid for initially 3 hrs ( 12 - 3pm ) at about 2pm I paid to extend the time by 2hrs. On going to the car approx 4:05pm I was presented with a Parking Ticket. Will not use that space ever again
