There was a road block so we couldn't actually park at the space yesterday. We have to drive to Blackhorse Road. Could I have a refund please as this was not mentioned in the booking.

parking brilliant only down side is the stairs case for the exit to walk out of it is full of urine and rubbish and really slippy walking down it

Needed a parking space so to visit the capital on business. Was very dubious about been able to park on Sainsbury's car park for such a long while with out having a parking ticket. Against better judgement I took the plunge and up to now I am very happy that I did so, as I would sure have not got a parking spot for such a long time that I needed with out paying out a lot more money! Will do it again if needed to. 5 STARS!!!

Website was easy to navigate and provides good parking options and price range. The car park I'd selected was easy to find, reasonably priced, has lots of spaces and overall quite clean. Very happy to discover it and will definitely park here again.

No quick route in or out of the car park, you either have to get the lift through Sainsbury's or go down a fire exit. In the dark, the fire exit is a strange and scary place, clear that some people use that as a place to live/get high.

At top level After parking you have to go through a staircase down steps and it stinks of urine all over the place!!!
The first floor staircase are fine
