The app is awful. Out a start time in and it wasn't clear whether I had to do anything else or not. When I went back to it a few mins later it showed no live sessions! Worst park by app ive seen. Would be great to have clear prompts and clear confirmation that you've started a session.

app did not work for ages saying spaces not available between those times and felt like I was going to get a huge fine if I was unable to sort this out and no contact number only communication via email
