This location is well positioned and surrounded by residential dwellings just 5 minutes’ walk from Westgate Train Station. Its proximity is ideal for commuters using the station and also city centre office workers. (Post Code: WF2 0DA). The spaces are to the rear of the former Cliffe Tree Public House off Balne Lane (full easy to follow detailed directions upon booking following customer feedback). If you're leaving Wakefield town centre towards Alverthorpe, you go under the railway bridge and its your first right turn after that. The former pub is what looks like two terrace houses painted cream and is accessed via EARNAHSAW TERRACE. You can’t miss it! Please park anywhere to the rear of the property.

I did not use this parking space as we couldn't find it there were no signs and we ended up missing our train. We thought we had found it , we were advised by a local it was the big white building but when we parked up and called the number on a parking wall sign the person told us they weren't parkatmyhouse. A sign or description I feel is deffo needed here!

Easy to find with satnav, was the distance from the railway station that was advertised and much cheaper than the car parks near the station. Will definitely use this car park again should I travel from Wakefield in the future.

Out of the way and yet very easy to get to the train.
At first all the signs about clamping cause concern but that also works in my favour.
After two days in London my car was waiting for me, yes I will use the space when I need to.

Walk to wakefield train station was a little longer than I expected but when the new station opens up it'll be better. Straight forward to find although a little tight to maneuver as the car park was nearly full.

This car park is a little hard to find and when you are off to catch a train it can be a bit stressful. There were signs warning of clamping so I was concerned that I might return to find my car clamped. What was needed was a contact number of the owner and a large scale map of where it is. However now I know where it is I would be happy to use it again because it's cheap and it not far from Wakefield Westgate Station and will be even closer when the new station is completed.
