Absolute crooks. I was sat in my car for a few minutes waiting for someone to move out of my way and I have been fined for going over by 52 seconds. Utter disgrace. Will not visit this beach again on one of my regular visits.

They have just sent me a penalty notice for the time I was parked there - second time they have falsely tried to apply penalties.
We the parking issues in the area it is no wonder people take to parking on the roads!
