Having paid the correct car park charges on every occasion, (used 3 times) even when the machine was out of order and we had to download the parking app, we received aggressive parking fine notices for each time. Avoid if you are able, it's a pain to contest. Go to the national trust parking area nearby. If you do use, take careful note of the tickets and times. And make sure the parking app booking corresponds to the time you park.

Parking is great, you pay a premium in this location. But you won't find a better quality car park. Very safe

Set the app to 2hrs parking but it charged 2hrs and 1 minute, therefore I actually paid for 3 hrs without realising. fraud.

There are not enough instructions on how to work the EV chargers. Signs with Evolt are too small and too low. Plus no WiFi signal at the ev charger location. Hence 3 stars. Had to walk back to house for WiFi signal. Then back to car again (twice). In dark in rain.
