Sainsbury's Upper Noorwood Car Park

It was easy to get there, there were plenty of parking spaces, and we were happy.

Terrible service. I emailed the support team to confirm closing time of car park and was told to read my booking, which I obviously had!!

Easy to book. Easy to find the space.

I booked the space to go to a gig at The Crystal Palace Bowl. On-street parking is very restricted in the area, and we didn’t know this part of London at all. Booking, which we did in March when we bought the tickets, was very easy on the app. The entrance to the Sainsbury’s car park is shared with a garden centre, it’s on the left before you reach the supermarket building. The garden centre signage is more noticeable than the Sainsbury’s signage. You can’t see the car park from the road and the entrance is quite narrow, the access road curves round and down to the right behind the supermarket building. Don’t miss the turning like we did, as it’s in a one way street. Each car park space has a marked gap between them, so adjoining cars can’t park too close. You can park anywhere outside, there were plenty of spaces free at 17.30. It takes around 20 minutes to reach the Bowl venue on foot. When we returned, the car park was well lit, and a number of others at the concert returned at the same time as us. It seemed quite safe. I’d definitely use this car park again.

Really easy to book and perfect location for my needs

Easy to book and parking location was exactly as explained. When I parked my car, I felt I was leaving it in a safe location.

It was easy to book ahead, drive in, not worry about parking limitations, additional charges and was a safe place to park.

Really safe - really simple . Job done

Easy to book, fairly priced and good instructions

It was very easy to use and found a place to park round the corner from where I needed to be, good price for 24hrs of parking. Will use again in the future.
