owner was very rude and money minded

the owner was very rude and charged me more amount for 2 hours when i parked for 1 and half hours even if just park allows me to book for 1 and half hours

Parking was manageable, but quite awkward due to a tree and a car positioned right where I needed to reverse. I wouldn’t choose to park there again. I also noticed the tree wasn’t shown in the listing photo, which felt a bit misleading.

Please be careful about booking this space. I was provided with instructions that first person to arrive parks near the fence. When I arrived there was already a car on the driveway which was not parked near the fence, neither was it parked in front of the garage which is where the owner said she parks and not to block. There was also a car parked in the road blocking some of the access. I managed to park near the fence but knew I wanted to leave at lunchtime, if another car was to park next to me I would have been blocked in, I sat in my car for 15 mins to wait and see what happened. Someone else did arrive and my concerns were correct I would have been blocked in. I spoke to the other car owner and she actually said I think we should swap as I am not coming back until late tonight, I was relieved as I would have definitely been trapped and needed to get off that driveway around 1pm to go to work. We swapped over, however in having done so more time was lost and consequently I missed my train making me late into London. The instructions provided were therefore not clear, she should have coordinated us where to park depending on what time we needed to leave and if that first car was a family car it should have been parking in front of the garage so as to not cause confusion to others. I have raised this with JustPark but they have advised that because I used the space they cannot compensate me, however, what about compensation for poor instructions, the fact I missed my train and was late for London and the stress. I had no option but to park there as it is residential restrictions in Upminster, apparently I am told this parking space offers an option to park in the road I was not aware of any option to park in the road as I would have chosen that. Apart from the above the driveway was easy to find and safe but be careful of being "trapped" on the driveway if a car is parked part across and other vehicles are using it. When I arrived back from London there was 4 vehicles on the drive but it is maximum 3 so I don't understand that either.

Best to reverse on if a car is parked on the road outside property

Easy to set up an account and very efficient system. It was cheaper than the station parking and, most importantly, gave me peace of mind that I had a newby space booked.Thank you - I will certainly be using JustPark again!

So easy to find a space that suited us. Easy to book, and everything went smoothly. Made our journey so much easier without any worries.

Space was a little tight with 3 other vehicles on the drive upon arrival. If vehicles had been larger we could have had some problems.
