Fell Foot Park Active Base Car Park

Better instructions for disabled badge holders needed. The only signage said parking was free and just to display badge but that doesn't help with a camera on exit system. Have paid because I don't want to be fined but disappointed.

I paid for parking for 2 hours but could not figure out a way to extend parking using the machines as I was over my time limit so I decided to leave and then download justpark to pay again as evidence of paid parking

New arrangements with National trust has problems. card not readable. elderly people confused. Helpline number goes to membership who can't help. No facility to deal with just park. Signage & instructions inadequate. No facility to simplify the system for paying members of Fell Foot Active Base.

No warning when entering the car park that it would cost me at least £7.40 to get out. Rip off.

payment as a member was extremely difficult, neither paymachine would scan my card, there were no available NT staff to help, despite searching the park for one the justpark app would not let me log in to my account not what I expected on a fine Saturday morning

couldn't pay on the app while there and almost forgot when we got home!

Lots of spaces but not much disability locations for drivers.

Parking is £7 for 2 hours but on app it's more expensive that's not fair as I only used the app as the machine was not in use
