Absolutely outrageous customer service. The listing here makes no clear distinction between the permit car park and the pay and display car park. I rang an operative, who told me that it would be best to park in the pay and display area. Have been charged £100 for the 11mins I spent in the wrong section. This listing does not contain sufficient information, and Ocean Parking Ltd who run the car park have deliberately made the most of that ambiguity. A frustrating, and costly experience.
