It was almost impossible to get mobile data reception in the car park location which is required to be able to pay for car park.
It’s beyond wrong to create such a payment system only in such a place without cash or physical card option. I have paid from about mile away. If I didn’t and got ticket then I would NEVER pay it as I had honest intention to pay but no way to do it.
Seems like it could be prevented and maybe is intended like a fraud from your side.
Serious? Yes but it can make people frustrated or even angry or aggressive
