Varsity Drive, TW1

Booked this space from 1pm and paid in advance expecting guaranteed access. Arrived on time but both spaces were occupied, and I was unable to park. Tried contacting the owner with no response and was left waiting for around 45 minutes before the vehicle was moved. Although I was eventually able to use the space, it was not available at the booked start time, which defeats the purpose of pre-booking parking. JustPark declined a refund on the basis that the space was “eventually used.” If you need reliable access at a specific time, I would not rely on this listing.

Excellent space, close to venue.

Great - a 4-star rating

Good safe, secluded spot. First time I’ve used JustPark so was a little nervous incase another car had parked there, but everything was fine.

Very good and nice and close

Both available spaces were occupied. The owner was phoned but did not answer. The door bell was rung, but no answer. In possible mitigation, we had extended our parking time earlier in the day by 2 hours, from 2pm to midday. I can only think that the app didn't notify the owner. Either way we had to park our car nearby (semi illegally) so that we didn't miss kick off at Twickenham Stadium. A refund would be nice.

Was easy to find, in a decent area and very close to Twickenham stadium.Highly recommend using.

When I arrived another car was already in the space. If you're going to charge someone this much at least make sure the space is available!!!

Easy to find. Great.

Excellent - a 5-star experience
