very bad turned up and all spaces full! no direct number to call so had to call just park customer service massive inconvenience and selfish people parking in others spaces will never park there again

If I could rate 0 I would! Don't be fooled, this is an open car pack with 10 spaces and although you book via the Just Park app it does NOT remove the option to book once all spaces are filled. Because it's always open to book even went filled it becomes first come first served so don't expect your space to be held! Surely you can do better Just Park to cap this and stop selling once allocation is gone?
