This is a large spacious driveway, we have a ring doorbell which shows the entire driveway. In the last few years we have kept a Porsche and Audi on the driveway and have never had any issues as it’s a very safe neighbourhood. So be assured your car will be safe should you park here.

The booking did not make it clear that there were more customers also parking at the same property and as the first to park I was not expecting to be block in when I came to leave. After waiting for around 30 mins with no one coming to unblock the exit I tried unsuccessfully to call Just Park customer services to have them contact the owner of the vehicle but I was unable to get through to speak to anyone. After waiting a further 45 mins the owner of the other car that was blocked received a call asking them if they were the blocking the cars in. After a short conversation the details for the car blocking the vehicles in was provided. After around another 10 mins the owner turned up. It turns out all customers had different bookings and departure times that none of the other customers were aware of. This is a significant failing of the app on two levels, the first that customer services failed to answer a call and the lines closed at 6pm at the weekend meaning there was no way to contact the others parking. The second is that none of the customers had any knowledge of the other bookings and when the bookings were ending.
Overall, the issues faced meant that I was delayed from leaving by nearly two hours. I am extremely disappointed with today's experience and unlikely to use this service again in the future without significant improvements
