Admittedly I booked quite late, but the space owner text me 1hr before the booking to say there were problems. He/she was nice enough about it, and tried to find a resolution, but if they had a skip on their drive, I think they should have taken the space off the site to be honest. They suggested I could squeeze my car onto the drive between the skip and a broken down van, but it was tight and I didn't want to risk it as it was going to be dark when I picked up the car. As a result, I had to find a space on the road, which worked out ok, but I would have expected the space owner to give me a refund, which they haven't done as of yet. As I said, they were nice enough about it, but the space wasn't available as advertised, and if I were them, I would have given a refund.
