Space description
The car park is owned by Richmond upon Thames School (RTS) and any funds raised will be put towards improving the facilities for students. Parking is ideally situated for easy access on foot to Twickenham Stadium (3 minute walk), The Stoop (5 minute walk) and Twickenham town centre (10 minute walk). We are on the corner of Egerton Road and the A316, accessed via the A316 itself, making it easy to arrive and depart.
Don't mistake us for other car parks - there are quite a few! As well as the address, we'll send you a What3words location to help you reach us; using these will get you to us and our friendly marshals who are there throughout our opening times.
Volume of stadium traffic means you're advised to arrive with us at least 2 hours before kick off, though many regulars arrive 3hours before to minimise sitting in traffic.
For those new to the stadium, do NOT let your satnav direct you on a match day! Rugby and Whitton Roads are closed 2hours before kick off to allow for pedestrians. Your satnav won't know this, so will misdirect you. Instead, arriving from the A316 means access is unaffected: join this at Hospital Bridge Road or St Margarets Road (even if you're coming from different directions) and the closures won't affect you.
If you have a large vehicle (Transit or Minibus-sized vehicle, or more than 7 seats) we may be able to accommodate you upon special request. Please contact us before booking.

Good directions and location and very pleasant guidance staff
John G27th September 2026 on TrustPilot
Very well organised on site with clear instructions for getting to this parking area. Very easy walk to the stadium. Pity the other marshals stopping the traffic were not better organised/coordinated in letting the traffic through both before and after the game.

Helpful stewards easy parking smooth access and near where we needed to be
Gardenia T26th September 2026 on TrustPilot
We were booked in Egerton Road, Twickenham, but when we arrived in the area all the access roads were closed, so we never got there.

We were delayed due to traffic and were unable to park because the road was closed.. so we had to pay to park elsewhere... very annoying and now I am £51 out of pocket.. some compensation would be appreciated
