Absolutely shocking app. I should pay £2.63 by using my credit, ended up paying £10.60 twice once on app then again with ticket into machine. Lots of people behind me beeping as I could not see a simple solution to use my credit. I just panicked and wanted to get out to clear the cue.

Used to be free! Also major issues with the barrier on leaving - held up a VERY busy queue and no idea what was causing the issues. After a busy event nearby this is not ideal. Needs to be sorted.
