Both payment machines in the car park not working.
Pressed help button. Person on other end insistent that we could pay at barrier. Barrier let us out without asking for payment. This could easily catch out people with no idea they are still being charged despite having left the car park.

Very easy to find a parking space at 8.45 in the morning almost empty, left at 10.15
Only about half full never seen it so empty mid morning obviously to do with the extortionate price hike £4.70 for an hour and a half parking.
