I tried to extend my stay but it would not let me why?

very stupid policy of 3 hours max parking in this city centre car park... and where those are T&C's it's not difficult to get your just park App to not say/offer "extend your parking" when that is not an option. Lazy programming, or poor testing process somewhere in your team...and poor decision making by CCC when they changed the restrictions for this car park

The tariff is incorrect for 2 hours. It should be £4.90 but it comes up as £7.90 on the app

Arrived and found a ok space, noticed other vehicles parked on parking bay lines, not helpful. Used ticket machine which wouldn't pay with bank card contactless or chip & pin. Tried to use cash, put in £3 coins for a £2.40 ticket but no ticket was given, just took the money. You made a profit from someone with learning difficulties. Support worker downloaded the JustPark app and paid on behalf of the client.

parking materiał didn't work. One lady lost her coins due to faulty meater. That was on 21 february

I have been over charged at this car park multiple times. Having just received a PCN for not getting to my car in time I have looked in to the charging periods and realise I have been paying the maximum parking charge rather than the evening rate. You have to be careful if you are going in to town on a Saturday night with the intention of returning to your car on Sunday morning. Just park won't let you pay in advance for the following morning and from 9:00am the warden is out on the prowl!

I was over charged. The app took the day price instead of the evening rate. The machine was not working properly therefore I had to use the app
