Tricky for a minibus

i purchased credit to use for this car park but couldn't apply it when I used the App. I was extremely disappointed.

App bugs

we have disabled parking and there were a few spaces left when we arrived. We left at 1pm and there were no parking spaces available for cars circling for parking.

total nightmare due to the fact your app can't cope with the hour change we have in the autumn. Got to the parking space, app wouldn't work. Tried to message but your automated system thought I had a problem with a fine. ended up having to leave my car ticket less to get to work on time then ring you at 9am to sort (thank goodness I have an understanding manager). you couldn't fix me using my multi use ticket so instead I have had to pay £10.10 to park. Not really acceptable and a very stressful start to my day. and although I requested this be refunded as its your error. no refund has been forthcoming. seriously considering changing to the park and ride.

Tiny space that were not maintained at all. Overgrowth from shrubs and trees in most of the bays. Scratched my car on one. Homeless people living at the back.

Dark and dingy felt dodgy

The only feedback I would give is that it was difficult to book early the next day on the APP as the Moresk booking had not finished I wanted to book another car park using permit and could not. having a permit was meant to save time and money but made me very late.
