Old Brutus Centre Car Park

Booked a a spot that wasn't available and when trying to contact you I was unable to contact you in a timely manner and then was unable to get a refund for a service I didn't receive.

Looks simple BUT directions to the carpark failed on Google Maps - I could not find it and locals didn't know of it. Bad experience. I had to buy parking at a different car park to make my train.

Efficient but expensive

There was no space in the car park when I arrived even though I had paid in advance! It's a car park anyone can use, so I don't know how they can guarantee a space is available for people pre-booking.

Straightforward to arrange the parking, Easy to access a space. No complications at all. Nice not to have any hassle when parking.

I arrived and there was no space available.

This space is in a public car park, meaning that you are not actually guaranteed a space when you arrive!! It is no cheaper paying in advance and although you can claim a refund if there is no space upon arrival, it is pretty pointless if you have booked it for a specific time, for an appointment for instance. You either have to wait for someone else to leave or drive back around the town to find another space elsewhere.

Car park not found! Eventually we parked at the station in Totnes, so I paid twice. Not happy as there was no car park where you said there was.
