Private off street parking - two spaces available on hardstanding gravel area , also two lockable garages available by separate arrangement. Situated on a quiet and safe private drive. Please note there is a tight turn into the car park with stone walls either side of the drive - If you drive past the entrance (on the private drive), turn around and approach so you're turning left into the parking area it is easier. Once used to the turn it can be done in one from the right. (small vans are fine but not long wheelbase large vans). If you have the What3words app the exact location is ///marmalade.unafraid.origin
Approx 2 minute walk to the shops in "The Narrows" at the top of the town, and 3 minutes walk to Totnes High Street and the centre of town at the Market Place..

Safe place but very tight entrance. Not good if you have a nice car you love as you may hit the bushes as you turn in. Especially larger vehicles like suv. Otherwise all good.

This is a perfect location at the top of the town and a very short walk to the High Street
The owner Lou was super helpful and helped me in advance with the location and advice on accessing the entrance which is awkward as the lane is narrow although I had absolutely no problem getting in and out with my Landrover Freelander which is quite a big car
Other friends struggled finding parking on a busy Saturday in Totnes and I would definitely park here again

Very very tight entrance to parking space. Absolutely fine once in.
Just driven 300 miles and the most stressful part of our journey was the entrance to the car park!!!!!

Whilst not easy to locate initially the directions provided did help to identify location. Access is not easy and took some maneuvering but I managed ok with a small car, i imagine it wouldbe difficultwith a large or estate vehicle. The space felt very secure.
