Convenient, in the middle of tintagel directly opposite spar. Quiet really, no pay at machine option and signal was good to access the app.

As you are not asking about the big elephant all scores become negative. The JustPark App is extremely time consuming and unresponsive. Also why does every hamlet insist on having its own app for carparks, and one that pushes a racket of an insurance to boot. If you have 24h CCTV, you can help identify culprits to the police if there is reason to.

Only problem no signal. Trouble trying to book spot as no signal. Took 20 minutes of walking around the car park and into the street before eventually getting a signal to pay.

We were 15 minutes late back to the car (no mobile signal to top up), the car park was practically empty and we received a £100 fine some 10 days later. No consideration whatsoever of the fact that we had paid on parking and were held up buying some art in the village hall. ANPR used. Will never return to the area as this left a very bad taste!

I was in a panic because I had not got the app at the time and the pay machines were all out of order. My daughter helped me to install and pay for our parking.

Too complicated. I downloaded the app before i even got there and it was still complicated as i had to put in extra info when i got there. What do you need my phone number for? Why do you have to pay a extra charge on top of the parking fee when I'm doing all the work for you and why if you extend your parking do you have to pay if again. Just a money making scheme for yourselves. What happens if you can't get any signal, are you supposed to leave and park elsewhere or will you be fined. The toilets in Tintagel have a machine where you just tap your card , why can't you do that much more simpler and easier to do. Or better still reinstate the pay meter where you use coins. I don't want to be downloading apps to my phone that I don't need, should be a choice not being forced into using something you don't want.
