We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This wonderful couple went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly welcoming, kind-hearted, and thoughtful — the kind of people who make you smile from ear to ear.
Their communication was warm and reassuring, which meant so much to us as we were heading into hospital to be induced with our baby. The parking space itself was perfect — spacious, easy to access, and located on a quiet, safe and absolutely beautiful road just a stone’s throw from the hospital. The price was INCREDIBLY fair, especially given how close it is to the hospital.
But what truly sets them apart is their genuine care and kindness. Seeing I was heavily pregnant, they even offered to drive us round the corner to the hospital. That level of generosity and compassion is truly rare and deeply appreciated.
This was a perfect find and we’ve already recommended this wonderful couple to our midwife to share with other expectant parents needing hospital access. She herself plans to book with them when she's at the hospital taking part in courses, as even the majority staff have to pay the high rate hospital car parking prices.
We feel so lucky to have found such lovely people and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Thank you both again so much — you made a nerve wracking time so much easier and more comfortable and we arrived at the maternity drop off with smiles on our faces, saying goodbye to a lovely gentleman.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience parking here! The space easily accommodated our Ford Transit and felt incredibly safe and secure. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the Glastonbury coach pick-up stop in Taunton. What truly made it special were the wonderful owners—so warm and welcoming. Had some lovely chats and they offered us cold squash on an incredibly hot day, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I hope we can come back here for the next Glastonbury!
