Absolutely scandalous. Overstayed by 5 minutes. spent over an hour setting up an account, downloading the App and talking on the phone. What an absolute rip off... £15 for 5 minutes parking and over an hour of my time I'll never get back. I don't live in the UK and this bullshit is a good example of why...

The charge after two hours is no appropriate. Three hours would be.

A diabolical charge for spending just over 2 hrs & after spending in the services. Will never use J47 services again. App was difficult to use for me due to age,?eyesight & not being IT proficient. First 2 hrs free & £15.30 for just a little more time. Do you care? Doubtful

charged at a tesla supercharger, had a coffee and sandwich from costa, still had to pay £15 for the privelage of parking even though I'd spent over £20 on charging and food. Why? what an absolute rip-off...
