Despite booking, all spaces were full upon arrival. Unable to find any contact details for space owner so spent 30 mins trying to get through to customer services. No alternative spaces were available locally via Just Park due to an event.

Excellent site. May be a little more expensive than your regular parking, but in my case, it meant that I got a parking space 100m from my destination and I felt perfectly safe getting back there by myself late at night. Will definitely use the site again for city parking!
