Dreadful -no idea if I have paid as a National trust member . Website very complicated

Parking via app didn't tell me cost I paid for 2 hrs so I thought but payment taken for over 2 hrs at a cost of £12 for which I should have been able to park for up to 4 hrs . I got a reminder after 2 hrs and then had to pay another £6 an expensive way to park!!

You shouldn't have to pay a 40 p charge to use the Just park app as an NT member especially as machine was playing up
