The parking space was occupied when I arrived and there was no answer on the contact mobile for this space. I had to look for alternative parking. It's a super busy area with cars and I would not recommend this space.

Unfortunately someone was in the space I booked and when I called the owner, they didn't answer. I did get a refund and an apology from Just Park but as it was the first time I'd used them it was very frustrating. Especially as I was relying on the space due to an emergency medical appointment I'd booked for my daughter.

When I arrived there was another car parked in the space. I was about to leave and request a refund, when the owner of the car appeared and asked me if I'd rented it. I said yes I had. He said he wasn't the space owner and said "he just parked there" and moved his car. I have a photo if the space owner would like it. Good space and convenient for an appointment I had in Belmont Village.
