Easy to book - hard to get in and out. This may not be all JustPark's fault but you need to press intercom button at entrance which is hidden below an A4 notice that has been stuck over the intercom. Similar drama at exit to get out again. Finally the car park is empty but you need to drive upto level 5 to get the JustPark spaces!

I am not giving 1 star because i'm unhqply but because i prebooked, got my parking ticket when entered and when leaving I paid again £2 as there was anyway to check if my ticket is valid to leave. I didnt take any risk and paid the £2 just to leave. I paid £1.80 online. So i paid twice.

it's was ok,just I think need different entry system for the ones who booked parking for overnight staying,as the security who answered the beep wasn't quite polite....when I did enter ,security didn't ask anything,no entry reference number...but when I drive out, security asked too many things in a rude way,which I wasn't satisfied...I don't think so I will use overnight booking again...the parking itself was fine and plenty space on level 5...
