Parking on Mulgrave Road, SM2

Regularly park here and very convenient for Sutton station. We arrived back late one evening and owner let us extend booking easily.

Today I had an important appointment, I arrived at the destination and there was an van secured in the spot, I had to call just park customer service to resolve this issue also I had to find parking else where I was not , I will believe all negative reviews left and I hope this listing is removed as it gives just park a bad name!

Quite dark and quiet. Came back to my car to find a note that said this was someone's space that they pay monthly for and please don't park there again.

Note garage is different number to address - it does say this but it could be overlooked!

We parked in the space we had paid for (wasn’t very clear at all of how to get there and where abouts to park) then got a letter on my car from someone else saying we had parked in their space. Not clear at all would help to have more indication of where to park & how to get there.

Great location, very close to Sutton Station. Perfect communivation with the owner. Many thanks!

Would definitely use again.

Great location for the station easy straightforward access and no concerns

Great little spot! Easy to find, friendly owner. Thank you

Super convenient for train station, about 2 mins 2walk. Space suits a small/medium car
