Space description
PLEASE READ ALL THESE NOTES. Parking spaces available in a private road, on a driveway, in a secure, well lit area a short, safe walk to Surbiton station. There are two spaces on the drive, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PARK TO ONE SIDE SO THE OTHER SPACE IS AVAILABLE. If you are parking in front of the garage, PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE GARAGE DOOR TO BE OPENED (it is a deep space).
PLEASE NOTE - have School Street RESTRICTIONS on the road and Langley Road from 8-9am MONDAY TO FRIDAY, TERM TIME. During these periods you can register for an exemption, but probably easier to try and avoid these times.
Many bus routes close by on both Ewell Road and Upper Brighton Road (281, K4, 465, 71, K3, K1 plus others).
PLEASE NOTE - we have had issues with drivers parking at number 24 - please check the door number is 9. Many thanks

How our drivers felt about this space
Safe and secure parking in a gated community, easy to locate and close to Surbiton station. Highly recommended for convenience and value.

Great private parking spot with a gate. The space is easy to find, and adding a small cone would make it even easier for guests to identify. It also helps ensure that the distance to the garage is kept clear so the door can open without any issues.

This space is not accessible between 8-9am Monday to Friday due to local restrictions on the access route. I was charged with a PCN for arriving at 8.30 as per my booking

Really easy to use via the app. I’ve had trouble checking my booking via the app as I used Apple Pay - this seems a common problem is it’s in the FAQ’s but I screenshotted the confirmation anyway. So no biggy.
The location I booked was amazing, gated community that felt safe and secure. Will definitely recommend and will use the app again in the future.
