Excellent space. Convenient for the Stadium and city centre. Don't believe the negative feedback of others. The owner went to the trouble to text to advise there would be another car on the drive and what to do. Also it is not a "dodgy" area as another reviewer implied. It's working class, that's all. Like most of Sunderland!

There was no space for my car. Someone else had parked in the middle of the two spaces, leaving me without. When I called the space owner, the option she gave me was to park in the free unrestricted street outside their home. I had paid to park on the driveway, not on a free road. The other car parked there, was not going to return to reposition their car.
