Straight forward to book & find, plus secure

Easy to use to book and pay for parking. We parked at the Magnum Hotel and no problems parking there, would definitely use again.

Handy location and very reasonable price to park and walk to Sunderland Stadium of Light for Take That took about 30mins

No spaces on site despite pre booking. No security checking that those parking had pre booked. A basic rip off and will never again book parking with the company

Absolute Con! Booked and paid for a place to park 2 weeks before we needed it. Arrived at the location to find that every place in the car park was already full. We assumed that given we had prebooked we would have been allocated a space. We saw someone else in exactly the same boat as us too, so they will no doubt be making plenty of money from this scam.

We got to the hotel where we had booked a space and there were no spaces , several other people had the same problem, the hotel said it was not their responsibility. We were at a concert where parking was impossible as 45000 people attended, we left the car in hotel car park on a grass verge . This caused unnecessary stress prior to the concert.

Very easy efficient service

Paid for a parking spot. When we arrived at the venue car park was full. They obviously sell more spaces than are available. We wouldn’t have been the only ones this happened too.

No parking spaces available when we got there.

Arrived at the car park at the correct time. All spaces taken. I’d like my money back please
