East Gate Car Park

Had to drive round for 15 minutes and had to wait for someone to leave before there was a space, there is building work being done and a lot of contractors are parking up there. Struggled to get into the space as it was an awkward angle. My friend who had also booked a space for the same time was unable to park and we had to go back at 3.30pm and eventually found a space. Not a very good experience overall.

I was meeting a friend in Ipswich who had not only recommended your site but had also booked a place. On arrival neither of us could find a spot. In fact a lot of spaces were taken up by the crew from the on-site construction team. I had to park elsewhere, grab lunch then return in the hope that a space was available. Why accept my booking when you can't guarantee a parking spot.? Although I eventually found a parking place, it was the inconvenience and causing me to be late for an important meeting that was the problem

Was an absolute nightmare and very stressful ordeal, trying to find the parking space. I ended up parking somewhere else and paying twice. Will not be using this again.

Easy no hassel parking, prepaid payment, just turn up park, job done!!Car park was very close to where we wanted to be in Ipswich town centre. Great would definately use again.

Nice clean car park but the only problem with it is signs for pedestrian to exit safely had to walk down steep car ramp to exit and enter

Easy to book. Good directions and no problem parking and leaving. It would have been useful to have a listing of price per hour as probably would have paid for longer if I had price listing

I booked a space, however on arrival there were no available places to park. Eventually someone left so I could park in that place. The spaces were not clearly marked and there was no signage to indicate where the parking area was.
