If you are booking this space for a match day, don't bother. I was refused entry as bookings aren't available on match days even though it was booked and paid for a few months in advance. Luckily I left a decent amount of time so was able to find alternative parking but this cost me an extra £10. Absolute joke!

When we arrived cones across entrance, loads of spaces were had our booking form, attendant laughed when he saw we were wearing away shirts and said no match day parking, check the wording, we did and nowhere on the booking does it say no match day parking, he stood with his friends, all united fans and just laughed, absolutely disgusting way to treat people, shows a lack of intelligence and integrity, poor representative for the hotel
