You could actually email before parking and give instructions which were wrong as a new building negates the second entrance instructions would never use again. Ended up

It was great to be able to reserve a spot near Stoke Hospital, as the parking there is a nightmare during visiting hours. The cost was very reasonable. It did take a bit more than 10 minutes to walk to the Hospital Main Entrance Hall. I was expecting to see some kind of notice saying carpark, but there was nothing, and the picture of the car park on the Justpark app could do with being updated, as there are now a lot of sheds etc there. I would advise using Google Maps to make sure you turn into the right entrance, I overshot and had to turn around which was a bit complicated.

Easy to find and only a short walk to the Royal Stoke Hospital.
First time user of Just Park so I was a bit hesitant if I was parking in the right area but all seemed good when I returned. Maybe a little sign board would benefit future users but this is only a suggestion not a complaint.
Will definitely book again if I need to return to the hospital. Thank you.
