Glass Street Car Park

Website easy to use & booking straightforward. Instructions about whether one needs to display a ticket when parked are not very obvious though on the pay machines onsite.

We found it confusing as to whether we needed to key the code into the machine or not . There was no information about this, but we asked a passerby who said we had to so we tried to do so. It did not seem to work and we had to walk away as we were getting late for the theatre.

Not knowing Hanley went round twice on one way system with sat av.

Safe and secure. I had my worries before parking but I was glad I came back to meet my car safe

Excellent car park. Easy to find. 6 minutes walk to the Theatre in Stoke. Would recommend this parking space to everybody.

This my first time using just park ,I must the service is outstanding. I got a car park close to my destination hassle free.

Carpark sign is obscured by a telegraph pole when entering Glass Street. As there are two car parks on Glass Street one is compelled to drive to the other car park first only to discover it's the wrong one. When approaching the 'correct' car park from the opposite direction the sign is now visible. The parking information sign isn't helpful as it makes no mention of online pre booking only how to pay there and then. Drivers are therefore reliant upon ANPR cameras to recognise the car entering the car park as being pre booked and prepaid. It would make sense for the sign to inform drivers that this is the process and not to be concerned that a parking violation ticket will arrive on the doormat 48 hours later ! Price wise no complaints but overall the experience wasn't great

No problems going in or out..ample space

Be aware, the car park is no longer operated by NCP. However, everything went to plan and there were no issues. it's very good value and a short walk (5 mins) to our destination in the town centre.

Bit of a rough area, felt a little nervous leaving the car here but it was fine
