Carpark sign is obscured by a telegraph pole when entering Glass Street. As there are two car parks on Glass Street one is compelled to drive to the other car park first only to discover it's the wrong one. When approaching the 'correct' car park from the opposite direction the sign is now visible. The parking information sign isn't helpful as it makes no mention of online pre booking only how to pay there and then. Drivers are therefore reliant upon ANPR cameras to recognise the car entering the car park as being pre booked and prepaid. It would make sense for the sign to inform drivers that this is the process and not to be concerned that a parking violation ticket will arrive on the doormat 48 hours later ! Price wise no complaints but overall the experience wasn't great

Be aware, the car park is no longer operated by NCP. However, everything went to plan and there were no issues. it's very good value and a short walk (5 mins) to our destination in the town centre.
