I paid Just park to park at a car park on a specific time and date.
When I arrived and parked up there were car park operatives who insisted I pay £10 cash in addition to the fee I'd already paid Just Park. I didn't have time to go and park elsewhere.
I can only infer that Just Park were selling spaces that they didn't have the right to. I feel like I've been scammed. Just Park refused to refund the £10. I would advise avoiding this company. Seems dodgy.

I booked parking through your website. When I arrived, I was told that the car park was full, and they said it was basically a scam. Please be aware that justpark.com is a scam.

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Very easy to find and park. Pleasant, friendly staff. One downside is be prepared to wait to leave the car park after a match as one of the roads away from the car park is closed and there is a convergence of traffic from two car parks into one road. Once the road closure is removed we got away really quickly. Not the fault of the car park.
