This space is very convenient for anyone that either needs access to park near Stevenage town (5min walk). Also the train station is 5mins to walk too which is handy if you find the car parks are full or too expensive.
Also the FOOTBALL ground is about 10min walk to get to.

It's a private estate and instead of CCTV we have plenty of Neighbor watch people about.

The vehicle wheel base fitted the space but the vehicle stuck out a bit, it's a motorhome (7m) but it's a relatively quiet place so no issues.

Excellent Parking. Last minute I had to go in a different vehicle so messaged the owner who replied as quickly as the app allowed, saying no problem. Left car for two days, safe area, easy to find and an easy walk to the train station.
