Car Park on Gates Way, SG1

The parking space was extremely tight against a wall I had to climb over the front passenger seat to get out of the passengers side - wasn't a problem for me but might be for others and my car is medium sized.

Easy system to identify location and pay. I would say the only slight difficulty was the space allocated had a small sign at bumper level, the car park was busy so not easily identified when entering, better to have the signs elevated so more visible. Apart from that a smooth process. There is a sign to the station as you exit on foot but the walk to the station is through the underpasses. As it was approaching night time I didn’t feel overly safe but that’s because I’m not from the area. Not important for everyone, but something to bear in mind if you’re a women on your own.

Excellent value for money. Short walk to the station. Definitely use again.

Other drivers are not parking within their parking bay white lines, making it impossible to park in the adjacent parking bay, yesterday a Nissan Qashqai was parked almost in the middle of two bays.

It was a good service. It was a safe and secure service. I will be using it again in future and recommend it to my friends as well.

Parked in the space, went away for 36 hours, came back got in the car and drive home. Easy peasey.

Used these spots a few times without issue but last time it was totally full. I had to catch a train for work so I had no time to sort alternative parking - I can't rely on this spot anymore

No spaces available after reservation very poor

Booked this space twice and both times there was no space available, missed my train and had to pay to park at the train station at 4 x the price plus a new train ticket ( terrible service)
