Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise anyone travelling on an early morning flight to avoid this parking space. The owner advertises a 24/7 bus connection to Stansted Airport but fails to mention that overnight passengers may have to wait up to two hours for a bus. This is misleading and essential information that should be clearly stated before booking. I arrived at approximately 3:30 am for my 6:30 am flight. The expected bus at around 4:28 am never arrived. After waiting for around an hour, I discovered that the next service was not until approximately 5:25 am. With no reliable transport available and taxi quotes of £40–£48 one way, I had no choice but to pay an additional £98 for parking directly at the airport to avoid missing my flight. I submitted a complaint and contacted the parking space owner through JustPark, but received no response. I also submitted a complaint to JustPark Customer Support, with no response so far. Unfortunately, I can no longer find either of my submitted messages in the system, and I have received no confirmation of my complaints. I would not recommend this parking space, especially for early morning or overnight travel. If you are travelling during the day, make sure you check the actual bus timetable and frequency before booking. Do not rely solely on the advertised 24/7 service. A very stressful and expensive experience. Avoid, unless you have independently confirmed that the transport arrangements suit your flight times.

First ever experience of using Just Park. Very happy with the space chosen. Very clear and straight forward instructions, easily sign posted. Car felt super safe there and no issues at all. Bus stop to the the airport, less than 100 yards from the property. Ideal and spot on.. would highly recommend!

Super easy to find and exactly as described in the listing. Felt safe leaving my car there. Bus stop to Stansted is literally right round the other side of the road - 2min walk! Would recommend and use again!

The parking space was just as described, as were the guidelines for catching the airport bus. The area felt very safe, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use JustPark again. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, communication spot on and instant, the bus stop to the airport less than a minute away, driveway and the area very neat. If i fly out from Stansted i defo book this spot again! :)

Great parking close to bus stop. Car was safe here. Make sure to check bus times prior as we just missed the bus and had to pay for an uber as the next bus wasn't till an hour later.

Stress free parking! All information is in the confirmation email when booked and the space is easy to locate. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, the bus goes straight to Stansted airport for £3 and runs 24 hours. I had no issue getting the bus back at 1am. No problems at all, car was safe and in the same condition as I left it. 100% recommend this space. I will be booking it again for future flights!

excellent- quiet area ,easy to find with sat nav , convenient to use if going to Stansted airport, bus stop literally around the corner
